II. Core equipment and technology of transformer production line

Automated assembly robot: The robot can accurately assemble windings and iron cores into the main structure of the transformer, including welding, tightening bolts and other operations. These robots can automatically adjust the assembly position and strength according to preset procedures to ensure assembly quality.

Automatic winding machine: Modern winding machines can automatically complete the winding, including automatic wire change, automatic tension adjustment, etc. Some high-end equipment can also automatically adjust winding parameters according to preset procedures to adapt to different specifications of windings.

  Flexible switching of voltage levels: Support the production of a full range of 10kV distribution transformers to 1000kV UHV power transformers, seamless connection from small distribution transformers to ultra-high voltage main transformers.

  Insulation medium customization: Oil-immersed (mineral oil/vegetable insulating oil), dry-type (epoxy resin/polyimide), SF gas insulation, amorphous alloy and other options are available to meet extreme environmental needs such as high temperature, high humidity, and high altitude.

  Rapid structural change: core components such as iron core (silicon steel sheet/amorphous alloy), windings (copper winding/aluminum winding), bushings (porcelain sleeve/composite bushing), and cooling system (air cooling/oil cooling/natural cooling) support "plug and play", completing production line switching within 24 hours, easily responding to small batches and multiple varieties orders.

III. Quality assurance of transformer production line

As a key equipment in the power system, the quality of transformers is directly related to the safety of the power grid. The production line needs to focus on controlling the following aspects:

  Iron core: Laminated gap ≤0.3mm (to avoid excessive eddy current loss); uniform clamping force (to prevent loosening during running vibration).

  Winding: Constant wire tension (deviation ≤5%); no damage to the insulation layer (partial discharge ≤ 100pC).

  Assembly: The axial/radial size deviation of the body is ≤2mm (to avoid winding deformation during operation); the clip is reliably grounded (grounding resistance is ≤4Ω).

  Test: The withstand voltage test must meet the standard (for example, a 110kV transformer must withstand 480kV lightning impulse); the no-load loss deviation is ≤+15%(national standard requirements).
