Shell assembly: Fix the conductive parts and arc extinguishing chambers to insulating shells (such as plastic shells or metal shells) to ensure the insulation distance between parts (such as low-voltage circuit breakers ≥ 8 mm).
Mechanism linkage debugging: Connect the operating mechanism and the contact system, adjust the length of the transmission link to ensure smooth opening and closing without jamming.
Sealing and protection (high-voltage circuit breaker): Air-filled sealing of SF circuit breaker (leak point detected by helium mass spectrometer leak detector ≤ 1 × 10 Pa·m ³/s); waterproof treatment of outdoor circuit breakers (IP65 protection level).
