High-voltage switch cabinet production line process

The high-voltage switchgear production line is usually divided into six stages: design and development → parts processing → component assembly → final assembly integration → factory testing → packaging logistics. Each link is closely connected and strictly follows process specifications.

1. development and process

  Formulation of process documents: Formulate process procedures and inspection standards (such as raw material inspection specifications and finished product testing outlines) to clarify the operating requirements for key processes.

  Tooling and fixture design: Design special tooling (such as cabinet positioning fixtures, busbar crimping molds) for cabinet bending, welding, assembly and other aspects to ensure processing accuracy.

2. parts processing

  Cabinet: blanking (laser cutting/CNC plasma cutting) → bending (CNC bending machine, accuracy ±0.5mm) → welding (argon arc welding/robot automatic welding) → surface treatment (plastic spray/zinc plating) → forming

  Busbar system: copper bar punching (multi-station punch) → bending (special bus bending machine) → insulation treatment (heat shrinkable sleeve/epoxy casting) → bus connection (torque bolt + conductive paste)

  Assembly of core components: Assembly of circuit breaker/isolating switch and operating mechanism (adjust opening and closing travel, synchronization) → installation of transformer/lightning arrester (firmly fixed and correctly wired)

3. Component assembly and final assembly

  Component assembly: Pre-assemble the processed cabinet, bus, circuit breaker, secondary terminal and other components

  General assembly integration: Integrate the primary circuit (bus, circuit breaker, transformer) and the secondary circuit (control, protection, signal) into the cabinet, complete cable wiring (crimp terminals, heat shrinkable tube), and label pasting (circuit number, warning sign).

4. Factory testing and verification

Finished products must pass factory tests to ensure compliance with high-voltage switchgear and control equipment requirements: electrical performance test → mechanical performance test → functional verification
