I. Core process of high-voltage switchgear

The production of high-voltage switchgear focuses on "cabinet manufacturing → integration of core components → secondary circuit assembly → overall debugging". The core components include cabinet, circuit breakers (or load switches), buses, insulators, grounding switches, operating mechanisms, secondary control units (such as microcomputer protection devices, measurement and control devices), etc.

II. Key equipment and technology of high-voltage switchgear production line

1.  Cabinet processing equipment

  CNC punching press: Processing installation holes for cabinet columns/beams (hole spacing accuracy ±0.1mm), supporting multi-station mold switching.

  Laser cutting machine: Cut complex shaped cabinet panels (such as cooling holes, observation windows) with smooth incisions (roughness Ra≤1.6μm).

  Automatic bending machine: Forming cabinet side plates (angular deviation ≤0.5°), equipped with servo control system to ensure consistency.

2.  Busbar and conductive parts processing equipment

  Busbar punching and shearing machine: punching copper bars/aluminum rows (length accuracy ±1mm), integrating punching and cutting functions.

  Busbar straightening machine: Correct busbar bending (straightness deviation ≤1mm/m), and adopt hydraulic pressure method.

  Tin-lined equipment: The junction of the bus bars is tin-lined (thickness ≥0.1mm) to prevent oxidation (improve contact reliability).

3.  Assembly and commissioning equipment

  Intelligent assembly line: circular assembly line +AGV trolley (handling cabinet), equipped with robotic arm (installing circuit breakers and bus bars), visual positioning system (error ≤0.2mm).

  Operating mechanism test bench: servo motor drive (simulating opening and closing actions), real-time collection of force/displacement curves (accuracy ±0.5%).

  Partial discharge detection system: High-frequency current sensor (detects partial discharge signals), combined with ultrasound to locate the discharge point (accuracy ±5mm).
